1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OmniSeps products — including OmniSeps for Adobe Photoshop and OmniChange for Adobe Illustrator — you agree to the terms and conditions set out on this page. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a purchase or continue using the products.

2. Products & Services

OmniSeps provides digital plugins for color separation and design preprocessing for screen printing and DTF. All products are digital and delivered electronically via a license key once payment is confirmed.

  • OmniSeps — color separation plugin for Adobe Photoshop CC 2023 and above.
  • OmniChange — recolor & preprocessing plugin for Adobe Illustrator CC 2021 and above.

3. Pricing & Payment

Payments are processed through the methods available at checkout. OmniSeps uses trusted third-party payment providers (Doku & PayPal) to handle transactions securely.

4. License & Usage

Upon successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin according to the plan you purchased. Your license covers:

  • Personal, client, and commercial projects.
  • The number of devices specified by your chosen plan.

Your license does not permit:

  • Distributing, reselling, or sharing your license key with others.
  • Using the plugin on more devices than your plan allows.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital, refunds are only available in the following cases:

  • Product does not work — the plugin cannot be installed or activated on a system that meets the minimum requirements, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
  • Duplicate charge — a double payment or confirmed duplicate transaction occurred on our end.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The license key has already been activated and used.
  • The request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
  • The reason is a change of preference after the product has been working correctly.

To request a refund, contact us at ransomstudioid@gmail.com with your proof of purchase (order ID or confirmation email).

6. Updates & Support

Plugin updates are included for the duration stated in your purchase plan. After that period, you may continue using the last version you received, but will not receive new updates without renewing your license.

7. Limitation of Liability

OmniSeps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Privacy

We collect only the minimum data required to process your order and activate your license (email address and payment data processed by Doku & PayPal). Your data is never sold or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to complete your transaction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of our products after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
